Hi! A promise is a promise, so here you are the recipe that I showed in the last post. 🙂
- Quinoa linguini
- Arame seaweed
How do you cook?
First, boil water with a couple of teaspoons of oil and a pinch of salt. When the water starts boiling, we put the linguini inside. We left about 8 or 9 minutes. (see tips of the package).
Meanwhile, cut the carrots into thin strips and cut the scallions, too. Reserve.
A half cooked, we introduce the arame seaweed and leave a few minutes.
The next step is to introduce the carrot in the water. We cook a couple of minutes more and stop cooking when the linguini is well-done (al dente). Drain and reserve.
In a pan put some oil (very little!) and introduce the chopped scallion over medium heat. When the scallion take some color, add the linguine with the carrot and arame seaweed. Stir all the ingredients for a couple of minutes.
Et voilà! Our dish is ready to eat!
