Yes, my friends! It’s wednesday!! And it’s not a simply wednesday… it’s the coldest wednesday!! omg!!

Just like every week, I’m going to share my eats. Thanks to Jenn for hosting the best party in blog world!

My morning started with a can of vanilla soy yogurt, topped with bananas and oat.

Lunch was a big serving curry soy with some brown rice topped with gomashio. (and fresh spinach)

My afternoon snack was a little bread and 2 pears. (no pic! i’m sorry)

Dinner was one of my favourite meals. Guacamole!!
